Nearly half way of 2018! As a young company, Artisan Bleu has continued to work on our product innovations while looking for opportunities to grow our business.
In May, to celebrate Mother's Day, we launched a set of diabetic-friendly chocolates with our signature flavors. We used sugar free Belgian couverture chocolate with rare sugar from Japan to re-create our classic flavors - Rose, Lavender and Lemongrass. We had partner with Man Cha, an independent tea purveyor with multiple award-winning tea under their belts. Man Cha created a gift sets with our Low Sugar Rose and Dark Chocolate Truffles and Low Sugar Lavender and Dark Chocolate Bon Bons to pair with their White Peony tea and Flowering tea. We hope every mother who received this lovely gifts enjoy them.
We had also returned to the 3-day "Be A Lady" event hosted on the Mother's Day weekend at Wan Chai. We joined over 10 local boutique business to celebrate Mother's Day together. During the event we hosted 2 whisky and chocolates paring classes to create a new dynamic for tasting chocolates. We invited our guest speaker Mr. Steven Barrett from London to help us feature a series of Compass Box whisky - Hedonism, Asyla, Oak Cross and Peat Monster and explore how each one of them interacts with our different chocolate flavors. Our taste buds were tingling with new sensation.
Last but not least, we have to mention our new collection of vegan chocolate truffles.Traditionally, the soft ganache inside the chocolate truffle is made of cream and butter. But as some of our clients have special dietary requirements, we created the vegan chocolate truffles of special orange, chili and saffron flavors. Our ganache is made with rare sugar, tofu puree and rapeseed oil and it's equally ad delicious as our regular recipe but without dairy. It's ideal for anyone who have special dietary requirements or want to reduce intake of dairy products.
We had a big social calendar in Jun, so stay tuned and don't forget to subscribe to our newsletter at www.artisanbleu.com!
