Artisan Bleu is founded by Clara Lee, a passionate Chef who studied at Le Cordon Bleu London.

Clara has over 15 years of Sales, Operations and Management experience in Fintech. While enjoying her success in the corporate world, she continues to pursue her life time passion in food. After she obtained Diplome de Cuisine and Diploma of Cuisine Management in Le Cordon Bleu London, she decided to combine her love of sophisticated artisan confectionery and experience in Sales and Operations and founded Artisan Bleu. She's a keen traveller, runner and dragon boat paddler.
